Highland Community Library is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. Since its inception over 50 years ago, the Highland Community Library has provided residents of the East Hills area with reading materials and information resources to meet their entertainment and educational needs. Our service population consists of approximately 15,281 people, and because of our central location in Richland township near two colleges, Richland High School, and Richland Elementary School, we also provide library services to students and visitors to the Richland area. The mission of Highland Community Library is to empower our community by providing opportunities to connect, discover, and thrive.
