We develop documentation; for software or using software. We document programs and we program documents. We feel that documentation is a means to an end, the end being making people work more easily, happily and cost-effectively. We also believe that knowledge can and should be spread through an organization, and that getting people to contribute to such a spread of knowledge is not very difficult at all.
