The Living Africa Property Group is committed to the moulding of new developments and the remoulding of existing urban environments to deal with the demands of today and the future. Living Africa’s landholdings in Ekurhuleni and Johannesburg are being developed to give life to our metrofitting philosophy – designing metro and urban environments to fit the needs of people, business and the environment in one. While the business began as a residential redevelopment operation and included redevelopment of blocks of flats in suburban Johannesburg and eventually the Johannesburg CBD, we have since branched out into land development for industrial, residential and commercial purposes. Today, the group has land holdings in excess of 750 hectares in Gauteng and continues to invest in and develop across the property spectrum.
