The "Lee Baron " Company Story In 1959, founder Jimmy Baron arrived in Hong Kong at the age of 16, penniless yet determined he worked as an apprentice under the master Shanghai tailors who had fled to Hong Kong from China as refugees. Fast recognizing the needs of the western business elite he scraped together the little money he had and three years later in 1962 he launched Lee Baron, a prime high quality bespoke custom tailor.
