After more than 20 years in leading midsize premium and multibrand dealership groups as well as additional expertise within consulting, coaching and international business development, I decided to found MK Automotive Consulting in 2016. Main topics are Turn Around, Change as well as Interim Management within the automotive retail world. My background as an owner as well as a managing director of privately respectively OEM owned dealership groups ensures a holistically 360° viewing, analyzing and transformation.
