MEP + Lighting Design – We provide full service MEP engineering on select projects, often local and aggressively passive. Green Building Rating Systems – Combined experience on over 200 LEED projects, as well as expertise in the Living Building Challenge, WELL and others. R&D + Tool Development – Consulting directly with manufacturers on energy efficiency products and software.
