AIM For Change – Putting People First AIM is a Movement formed by concerned residents of Nelson Mandela Bay to put an end to maladministration in the Municipality and improve service delivery to all the people of the Metro. AIM seeks to implement a new vision which will help develop our Metro into a business and lifestyle city-region of choice. AIM is not affiliated to any political party. It is an independent initiative driven by residents and is answerable directly to all the people of Nelson Mandela Bay, and not to any political authority.
