HealthUnlocked is a social network that brings together people with the same health condition or well-being needs to share experiences, answer each other's questions and access information and resources. It is the largest social network for health globally, with 1.4 million members and 500 public communities, covering more than 250 conditions. Providing information, support and tools that have been shown to improve health outcomes. Over 300 patient organisations support these communities. The peer support members find in these communities is also complemented with expert-written information on  eLearning programs.
