What started as a one man custom welding business in a small garage, is now a large team of seasoned welders, machinists, field technicians, engineers and accomplished business personnel. Our customer base has grown from one local commercial contractor to include some of the largest providers of energy to the United States of America. Our skilled team of certified fabricators have over 140,000sq. ft. of manufacturing space in Fort Worth, Texas with the precise equipment to handle large volume production runs and custom projects. Committed engineers, quality controllers and operations staff bring extensive manufacturing experience allowing CTJ to partner with our customers to ensure each project’s success. Fabrication capabilities include: GMAW, FCAW, SAW, SMAW and GTAW by our ASME and AWS D1.1 Certified welders on a variety of material grades Including but not limited to, low-carbon and stainless steel in vessels, piping, and structural projects. We flame cut, plasma, shear, press brake, heat treat, blast and paint to customer specifications. We also perform hydrostatic and non-destructive testing and turn-key engineering and assembly of your products.
