We previously kept the companies as separate entities, as Mark Facey & Company has been operating for the past 35 years exclusively in the paid publishing industry, while American Customer Care provides full service outsourced customer contact center services to its clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical, Publishing and other industries. In an effort to simplify and streamline the business entities, we decided to merge Mark Facey & Company into American Customer Care, Inc. as of December 31, 2020. The surviving entity of the merger provides you with a wealth of additional contact center/telemarketing services and the continuity of management and IT resources. As the companies have been operating under the same ownership, there is no significant impact to our clients’ actual programs/calling campaigns.
