Lift Group is a start-up company located in Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan, founded in 2015. Our mission is to aid Japan’s pressing labor shortage epidemic by connecting foreign human resources to appropriate companies via a multitude of services. To date we have introduced over 1000 individuals to various jobs within Japan, with aspirations to grow that number much farther. As we continue to follow our vision, we hope to create more working opportunities for people from around the globe, thus creating a Japanese business culture that is abundant with both diversity and and a sense of inclusion.
