Queensland Community Care Network Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation that provides community-based programs to Queensland. Predominantly, QCCN manages a volunteer program of people visiting elderly residents of aged care homes. This is provided to aged care homes in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Roma, Dalby and Warwick. QCCN also manages a social club for centenarians called the 100+ Club. The 100+ Club is completely unfunded and relies on donations of both money and services to host events for centenarians. The 100+ Club has over 100 members throughout Queensland and the world.
