Gallonetra Limited is a consultancy business that specialises in bidding and work-winning activities for both public and private sector Clients across the UK. We work across a broad spectrum of infrastructure and construction procurement activities; helping our Clients to secure bespoke one-off bids through to multi-year frameworks. Our capability covers small regional highways, civil engineering and construction bids through to major infrastructure opportunities including National Highways and HS2. We add value to our Customer's bidding activities through our hands-on operational experience of delivering infrastructure projects. This knowledge supports our Customers by enhancing the technical quality of the written submissions presented to their Clients; but also assists in assessing and managing both risks and opportunities associated with bidding. It is our objective to impart knowledge and bidding resources to our Customers that continues to support them in their future bidding work; long after Gallonetra Limited completed its engagement. Since we formed Gallonetra Limited in 2012, we have been a key part of our Customer's success in securing over £1.5bn of infrastructure projects in the UK. Projects of notable reference including National Highways Smart Motorway Programme (1st Generation) and Technical Services and Testing (TST); HS2 Main Works Civils Contract and Slab-Track; and Crossrail Stations and Portals. Alongside our major project bidding activities, we have helped SME infrastructure businesses to secure local and regional infrastructure and construction frameworks and spot-tender contracts. Alongside bidding support, Gallonetra also supports Customers to maintain accreditations and pre-qualification portals; to demonstrate compliance and competency to bid for opportunities.
