I am situated in West Wales, where I offer sacred sound healing and run classes, regular support groups and workshops. I also teach for the College of Sound Healing and the College of Healing. I really enjoy training new healers - It is the most fulfilling work supporting the development and confidence of therapists as they learn to work with sound vibrations and deepen their connection to Spirit. Most of my work focuses on facilitating transformational, transpersonal experiences that promote emotional literacy and health, self-actualization, fulfillment of potential and spiritual and personal development. I love to foster compassionate, conscious community. My passion is to help connect people more deeply to their inner spiritual world, their authentic self, the earth and the wider community. This work aims to develop participants' psychological and spiritual harmony through energy medicine (healing), via sound, colour, breathwork, meditation and the chakras.
