Our office primarily helps them comply with applicable state and federal business and employment laws, as well as assists them in the areas of corporate formation, contracts, TTB compliance, formula and label approval, state and federal licensing, and in protecting intellectual property and trade secrets. And we do other things, too. When the work is done, we're not afraid to roll our sleeves up and shovel some grain, crush some grapes, pull some weeds, dry hop a batch, work the packaging line, or whatever needs doing.
