MLR is a social research consultancy based in West Kirby (Wirral, Merseyside), that works with an associate network across the Liverpool City Region, Cheshire and the north of England. MLR is all about applying social research to support local communities. The 'local' and 'community' elements will vary with each project, however the skills and understanding we bring to bear are consistently grounded in: • quality methods and a focus on quality outcomes; • applicable to many different fields; and • adaptable to the varied socio-economic and policy ‘landscapes’ that exist across the UK.
