Patient Planning Services is a social enterprise of the Cancer Support Community (CSC), the largest nonprofit employer of oncology mental health professionals in the United States. Patient Planning Services licenses psychosocial technology and programming to support the Cancer Support Community mission. Patient Planning Services works with patients, healthcare providers and community organization to provide distress screening and other assessments on a digital platform that allows for both dynamic and static resource allocation in real time including triage of high acuity patients while meeting accreditation standards.
