In 1997, we replaced the entire production line equipment that enabled us to increase production to 100 ton per day. The new flour mill used modern technologies as the entire production runs and supervised by computer. At the same time, we have established lines for packing the flour in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg packages. Mill Katic facilities include: Wheat silos - 5200 tons Flour silos - 300 tons Warehouse - 700m2 Warehouse - 200m2 Packing warehouse – 100m2 The main line of work of the company is the grinding of wheat into different types of flour, feed and tailings. It is the wide offer and the quality of different types of flours that enable a variety to housewives and professionals. Products from our Mill: Our flours are used for many different purposes - for every-day bread baking, croissants, cakes, for baking ciabattas and other pastries. Beside this we also grind other cereals. A speciality among our products is four different ready-to-use mixtures of different types of flours. Among these mixtures you can also find Polenta Milanese. We also prepare mixtures by following the recipes or instructions of the bakery. Try our products, you will be surprised!
