The complex in Kew, was designed and is run by the Gosselin Family. All apartments are thoughtfully designed for the family and for spacious living at a reasonable cost. The apartments, which are all recently built, are large, well lit, and brightly designed. There are only 16 units in this complex. This makes the atmosphere feel more like a village and in fact, the shops are also quite close by. Each unit has its own parking and entrance. The ground floor units are more like Townhouses and have French windows leading on to the large lawn in the north or on to a discreet terrace in the south. The upper apartments have great views to the north towards Modderfontein.
