Mighty events was formed as a limited company in 2011. The director Bruce Emmett has a long history in the event industry and started on a non-profit charity music festival back in 2001. After learning from the ground up, and quickly building a knowledge base that would help shape Mighty Events to what it is now. In 2010 Mighty Events put together its very own festival called Mighty Dub Fest which is now in its 10th year and has become one of the best well know family festivals in the North East. After the success of our first festival we became sort after to manage other events and built up a client base over the years. We now help clients achieve successful events across the UK. From staging and managing live music production on large festivals to overseeing health and safety Mighty Events formed its own ticketing software which enabled event organisers to sell tickets online and giving staff the ability to scan and verify the bar-coded tickets at the event entrance. With a fast growth in demand for this ticketing solution a new company was created in 2013, We Scan Tickets Ltd.
