Turpal has three (3) main components: 1- Turpal App: Intelligent smart application on the traveler’s side that simplifies complex purchase pathways, providing a streamlined, one-stop-shop experience for the passengers. 2- Operation Panel: This panel with an importer engine on the service provider’s side builds itineraries, manages the journey, and enables communication with the passengers through the app. Real-time information on accommodation, trip itinerary, and other details such as pick up time, location, and service provider details as well as any changes are communicated by way of in-app notifications. 3- Product Panel for Service Providers: Service providers upload their products and services and source products and services from other suppliers here. Direct communication and engagement with the service provider together with transparency of offering will increase passenger’s confidence. Furthermore, as turpal is equipped with AI, personalized or customized products are offered that match passenger’s preferences.
