Springboard helps people to move on and make the best of their lives, with a particular focus on career. We provide professional careers guidance, counselling and life coaching in one-to-one sessions backed up by access to modern computer technology and software and a professional and supportive environment. We aim to provide access for everyone and to use feedback from our workers and service users to continually improve the service. We work with any adult in Hampshire, UK although we focus on the Eastleigh and Chandler’s Ford areas.
