The Cost Care Group was founded in 1995 to provide specialist taxation and VAT services to the business sector. Having cut our teeth in the Healthcare Industry, within which we had established connections, we successfully reclaimed millions of £’s in VAT. In 2000 we assembled our specialist Capital Allowance Department after it became apparent that the vast majority of our care home clients had never claimed capital allowances for the embedded fixtures in respect of their commercial properties. Over the next few years our CA business evolved into an introducer based service, providing specialist CA reviews to an ever increasing nationwide network of accountants and business advisors, whose clients are involved in all business sectors. Our R&D Tax Credit service was established in 2011 and utilises a highly skilled team of professionals who have a wealth of experience and technical expertise across all sectors. Together with the ‘standard’ R&D areas, i.e. manufacturing, pharmaceutical and software development, we have made numerous successful claims for companies outside of these traditional areas.
