De Castro & Robles
www.decastro-robles.comOur firm was established in 1956 by Woodrow de Castro (RIP) and David Robles (RIP). During its first 20 years, the firm actively practiced before a US District Court located in the Canal Zone, tending to maritime disputes. Anticipating the disestablishment of the District Court, Woodrow De Castro, and David Robles were appointed to the presidential commission that created the Maritime Procedural Code of Panama (Act 8 of 1982) and the Maritime Court of Panama. By the end of the eighties and the expansion of their professional practice, new members entered the firm. The level of clients of De Castro & Robles, required the expansion of its portfolio of services to meet a wide array of needs, thus, De Castro & Robles became a full-service firm, expanding to practice areas such as Financial, Administrative, Civil, Commercial, Labor, Aviation and Criminal Law. Ever since, De Castro & Robles multiple partnering and associate attorneys, all with exceptional professional background and training, continue the legacy of its founders. Today, our practice is both local and international, and continues to grow with a ample number of correspondent firms in Europe, America and Asia. Currently, we have 14 full-time attorneys and 25 employees in different departments to ensure that your concerns and needs are met in the most stringent response times and that your assets and business interests are protected. Streamlined costs and accurate time and expense accounting developed through carefully thought out fee structures provide our clientele access to quality, fair and expedient services. We pride ourselves on maintaining personal contact at all times, and fortunately this philosophy has allowed us to maintain customers dating from the beginning of our practice.
