It is our opinion that something has gone seriously wrong with the way we run our businesses. When we meet with a business leader, and we are preparing for the meeting, by looking at the media coverage of the company, it’s almost always about competition from others. Often, the angle of the article, is as if they were covering a sporting event. And when we look at history, we find it hard to see some concrete examples, of the truly amazing things that happened purely because of competition with others. And when we know that the future employees, I looking for exciting places to work - one can ask oneself whether it is exciting, if the best you can do, is win over a competitor who makes roughly the same? Therefore, it is our firm belief that the future requires new methods, to clarify and simplify the development of businesses, simple but powerful tools. We are a business consultant with over 25 years of experience advising in industrial, construction, IT and pharmaceutical industries, we have had a variety of positions at C-level in both Danish and international companies. Our starting point is "The Big Why" which for us is to improve our customers' performance. We do not believe that the world can continue to be extended with planks. The future is no longer reasonably predictable based on past - in fact, it can be amazingly different and the world has become a more turbulent place, where anyone with a new idea can put it in place before you can say "start-up" and everyone can start a trend with a single tweet. "Putting a direction and try it," and treat the entire organization as a team.
