ALMA V is an investment firm that specialises in corporate debt, primarily Senior Secured Loans as well as High-Yield Bonds and Structured Credit. The firm offers a broad range of credit investment strategies, providing attractive and recurring risk-adjusted returns with a focus on capital preservation. The firm was created following the acquisition of Singular Bank by global private equity firm Warburg Pincus and Javier Marín Romano (former CEO of Banco Santander) in February 2019. Recognising the market opportunity, Singular Bank sponsored the creation of ALMA V through a significant seed capital contribution.
