Russian Managers Association (RMA) is an independent non-government organization working in the best interests of the Russian executive managers’ community. RMA collects and disseminates best management practices and knowledge, thus helping Russian businesses to meet international business standards and ethical rules. Through constructive dialogue between the public and private sectors RMA improves the image of Russian business and fosters Russia’s integration into the world economy.
