IBAB is a unique initiative in India that has an interdisciplinary strategy of education, research and entreprenuership. Located on a sprawling 20 acre campus in the south of Bengaluru, the institute has state-of-the-art facilities for research as well as biotechnology and bioinformatics training. As a founder member of the National Entrepreneurship Network, IBAB promotes entreprenuers in biotechnology and related areas, and currently houses 10 start-ups.
