Walker and Miller Training Services was established in 1991 and was set up initially to train real estate professionals to assist their clients with mortgage finance. As the mortgage industry developed in Australia through the nineties, Walker and Miller evolved as a specialist mortgage industry training institution making us the longest established Mortgage Industry training institution in Australia. Long before it became an industry requirement for mortgage and finance brokers to undertake specific industry based training we were facilitating courses for new entrants and experienced brokers to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to become successful as mortgage and finance consultants. As the industry caught up with us and the industry associations and lenders started requiring qualifications, we tailored and continue to tailor our courses to pre-empt industry requirements ensuring our graduates are at the forefront of the industry. Walker and Miller are now one of the few training organisations who facilitate courses in capital cities each month for people wishing to become mortgage and finance brokers or simply would like to ensure they are up to date with industry requirements and compliance. Our Head office and Sydney training facilities are in North Sydney with training facilities in all capital cities. All our trainers have at least 15 years experience in the finance industry with experience in all aspects of mortgage lending and a commitment to helping our students succeed.
