Larsson (former CEO of UBS in the Middle East and CEO of Borse Dubai) and Jonas Bauréus (former senior member of UBS’s European Investment Banking Division) to advise select clients on mergers & acquisitions and to provide board-level strategic advice. Our Dubai base gives us a unique vantage point from which to access less-developed but rapidly growing markets in the Middle East and Africa.
