To put it most simply - in order to make profit - a business needs more revenue coming in than there is money going out to cover the expenses. It's that simple and yet, in my experience, the majority of business owners do not grasp this most simple concept. This is why Healthy Numbers exists - to teach financial understanding and business acumen. I help clients make more profit so they can pay themselves what they are worth so they can continue to be that impact in the world they know they are here to be.
