EQ was created in 2015 to raise the visibility of Midwest entrepreneurs through storytelling and platform-building. EQ's mission is to support entrepreneurship and act as a catalyst for growth in the Midwest startup ecosystem by: - Raising the visibility of founders and startups by telling thoughtful, informative and inspiring stories of innovation in the Heartland. - Fostering connection and information flow between communities of entrepreneurs, job seekers, investors and companies looking to get involved. - Serving as a leader in local media, harnessing the new economic realities of publishing in the digital age to help cities build their own written record.
