Jagielski began his broadcasting career in 2003 as the Sports Director of 99.7 FM WVYC. Brad quickly entered the news industry as a videographer for the sports depart at WFMZ in their Reading Bureau. In 2006 he was hired as the Video Board Director of the Lancaster Barnstormers of the Atlantic League. Jagielski became a vital member of Opening Day Partners staff assisting in the opening of the ballparks of the York Revolution, Southern Maryland Blue Crabs and Sugar Land Skeeters. After installing a video control room at the Liacouras Center of Temple University in 2011, Jagielski was hired by Spectra as their in-arena producer for Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Gymnastics, and Fencing. Since the inception of 12-10 Production Company, Jagielski quickly impacted the sports production industry. 12-10 currently works with many of the top LED companies in the country including Panasonic, Daktronics, Watchfire, and Mitsubishi. Brad believes it is important operate the equipment he installs for teams on a regular basis. In addition to his work at Temple University, he has been the Technical Director for the Delaware 87ers broadcasts on TCN and a series of high school and college football games which aired on ESPN3 for PA Sportsfever.
