Hallum Coaching & Consulting also offers a 360-feedback supplement to the ELI Assessment, designed to assist leaders in gaining a solid understanding of team perceptions of leadership competency. 360 feedback is a useful tool that provides a leader with the opportunity to receive anonymous competency feedback from his or her supervisor and up to 24 direct reports, peers, or and other important work relationships. The 360-feedback supplement also allows the leader to complete a self-assessment of competency, which is useful in identifying areas where self-perceptions differ from the perceptions of others.
