Dynamic Hot Yoga is a unique style of hot yoga that blends classical practice with the science of sport. Established in Brighton & Hove in 1996 by the renowned and accredited Stuart Tranter, Dynamic Hot Yoga offers Yoga Teacher Training in one of the largest purpose-built yoga studios in the UK. Join us to become a fully-qualified Dynamic Hot Yoga Teacher: "Two inspiring weeks for a lifetime of benefits" The training course is an intensive 16-day (200 hour) program designed for a small group size of 14 students, with courses currently planned in May and September (2014) and January (2015).
