How do we do this? • By bringing dairy farmers together to form their own enterprise as a Producer Company • By reaching out to dairy farmers located in the agrarian- distressed, flood prone, drought prone or aspirational districts in India • By establishing direct milk procurement facilities for milk, thus eliminating the middle man • By ensuring the dairy farmers have complete control on procurement • By providing twice-a-day, round-the-year market access to the milk produced by the dairy farmers • By improving the productivity of milch animals by providing dairy farmers access to AI using high-genetic merit germplasm, animal nutrition and various other improved animal management practices • By providing complete digital access to dairy farmers through a mobile app that holds information about their transaction with the MPCs, such as milk pouring, payment, shareholding and deductions for input services, if any.
