I provide group programs to corporations, non-profits, professional organizations, and government offices teaching their female employees, members, clients, or family members how to be more confident and safer in every situation without martial arts or firearms. Whether the goal is reducing sexual harassment or violence in the workplace, keeping traveling employees safe (and the families they leave behind), supporting survivors of trauma, or a genuine desire to improve the safety, confidence, and success of every female in or supported by your organization, my programs can help. And no one has to be left out since my programs are designed for women of every size, shape, fitness level, and will work with most physical challenges as well. It IS possible to avoid, prevent, and stop violence and attacks without the liability of firearms, without years of training in martial arts, and without having to stay locked up in your home and workplace. I provide both in-person and virtual classes.
