Enlisted Leadership Foundation is a San Diego based non-profit dedicated to leadership development of armed forces Enlisted Leaders. E.L.F. was formed by a team of active duty and retired Navy Command and Master Chief Petty Officers to build up and fine tune current and future leaders through a philosophy of sharing and mentoring based on combined generations of growth and grooming. Our mission: “To cultivate Enlisted military men and women to lead with character, trust, confidence, and empathy.” We do this through four signature programs: – Leading Petty Officer Academy leadership growth workshop for enlisted E5. – The Foundry leadership class for enlisted E6. – Chief Petty Officer Legacy Academy for Chief Petty Officer Selectees (a “selectee” is a Navy First Class Petty Officer/E6 selected for advancement to Chief Petty Officer). – Chief Petty Officer Pride Day – Partner opportunities to maintain Navy enlisted force heritage and traditions
