SPILNO is a public-private partnership (PPP) transaction advisory team providing consulting services to public and private entities as well as International Financial Institutions (IFIs). Since 2016 we have been engaged by the IFIs to support the Ukrainian central government and local authorities in the preparation of PPPs and concessions in the infrastructure sector, as well as the development of the PPP framework and institutional capacity.
