MSE Financial Services Ltd. (MSEFSL), the subsidiary of Madras Stock Exchange Ltd. (MSE) was incorporated during March 2000 as a Company limited by guarantee, in tune with the guidelines issued by the Securities & Exchange Board of India permitting the then Regional Stock Exchanges (RSEs) to float subsidiaries for providing trading opportunities to the trading members of such RSEs, to trade in multiple Exchanges. Since then, the business operations of the Company has been growing over a period of time with the able support from the trading members. In April 2005, MSEFSL was converted into a company limited by shares. The Company operations have been extended even to other key locations outside Tamil Nadu. MSEFSL is a Trading Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE). The Company is also a leading Depository Participant (DP) registered with Central Depository Services Ltd., The Company also provides fee based activities including third party distribution of mutual fund products, government securities & bonds, corporate bonds & securities etc. It also provides PAN services to the public and e-insurance facility to the insured.
