I have developed my career path in Automotive and understood my passion is my internal motivation and driver, hence that's where I want to keep growing. At the same time, I realized that each grey shade is much better than a black or white view and I have been able to remove my "engineer splinkers" thanks to a coaching program I have been offered. Then, a couple of years ago, at the same time I received several advice requests from some peers and friends. This made me decide to take a side hustle as a Coach myself, focusing on Coachees working in Automotive. It doesn't mean I have all the answers to your quieries, but that if you mention to me A-sample, VP, PPAP, DV, PV, calibration, DR, ... I won't stare at you, but will keep following exactly what you are saying to me. I am convinced this is an added value: even though the subject you are taking in a coaching session are yours and only yours, I am sure that being aware I can understand your situation will definitely help in creating a trustworthy relation, that's basic for you being in the position to grow.
