These services include: *Active Age Service* - Helping the active stay active when life changes. *Befriending* - Helping older adults build lasting friendships. *CARE Point* - A partnership between Age UK North Tyneside and the NHS. *Dementia Connections* - A holistic package of services for people living with dementia and their carers. *Digital Champions* - Bridging the digital divide and helping older adults get online. *Healthy Habits* - Providing support and guidance around health related topics. *Help At Home* - Home care services provided by EveryDay Care & Support. *Information & Advice* - Making sure older adults in North Tyneside have access to the support available. *Older LGBTQ+ Support* - Information and social groups for the older LGBTQ+ community. *Support for Ex-Services* - Providing support and services for veterans in North Tyneside. *Will Writing* - Create or change your will with the help of local solicitors.
