BioArray Solutions is pioneering a novel BeadChip™ format for complex nucleic acid and protein analysis. The Company's BeadChip™ products for transfusion and transplantation medicine, delivered on a proprietary platform, are being adopted by the leading institutions in the field. In addition, the Company has developed products for genetic diagnostics and infectious disease agent profiling, and, in 2005, obtained FDA clearance for an autoantibody profiling ("ENA") BeadChip™ assay on its Array Imaging System. BioArray Solutions was incorporated in 2001 and currently occupies 30,000 square feet of office, laboratory and manufacturing space at its headquarters in Warren, New Jersey.
