In 1981 she started with Turisanda T.O., travelling all over the world for almost 8 years. Thanks to her experience she could also visit all the travel agents in Northern Italy. Then she started to lead groups for Quality Group one of the most appreciated, distributed and serious T.O. in Italy working with them for 6 years travelling again from a country to another one. She had the great chance to cooperate for 7 years with AIM Group that is considered one of the most powerful and big Incentive & Congress Society in Italy and Europe; for them she leaded V.I.P. delegations all over the world. In these last years Manuela was devoting her time, knowledge and know how to Equipe Incentive for site inspections and organizations of all the MICE events as Senior Project Manager. In 2007, in spite of her age, Manuela received the “miracle” to become mother of her beautiful Aurora. For this reason she decided to reduce the numerous travels and founding GOLDENPEAK International Representative.
