Engg. Alumnus & an MBA in HR having Industrial exposure of more than 45 Years, in many Industries. For 37 years he has worked in companies handling different functions in a variety of Products, starting as an engineer & finally heading a Consumer Durable Biz as a CEO. He has 30 years experience in establishing, Auditing and upgrading ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Mgt. Systems. A trained Six Sigma Black Belt and a ZED Assessor under GOI ZED scheme he has also been a visiting faculty to reputed MBA institutions for Oprn., Strategic, HR and Project mgt. subjects. For the last Eight Years he has been: - Associated with M/s TuV India Pvt. Ltd. as a Tutor for IRCA accredited LA courses and Lead Auditor for above three systems. - Assisting organisations in improving their oprn. results, upgrading their mgt. systems & reducing losses. Some major accomplishments: - Established two new biz streams for the companies he worked for. - Led his team to indigenize imported products, at less than 3% of the cost. - As the CEO, his unit won the D.L. Shah National Quality Award, for Excellence, in SME category. - Completed three 6 sigma projects saving Rs. 80 Crs.
