NHS West Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is made up of 31 GP practices across Epping Forest, Harlow and Uttlesford. As members of the CCG, they guide the organisation. We are responsible for buying, planning and assessing health services to meet the needs of the people of west Essex. This is called ‘commissioning’. Our aim is simple - we want to work with the hospitals, community teams and GPs who provide care locally to make sure that the people of Epping Forest, Harlow and Uttlesford receive the best care possible and live longer, healthier, happy lives.
