The purpose of the Society shall be to advance the development of effective Healthcare Engineering in Health Care Institutions by: (A) Encouraging and assisting members to develop their knowledge and increase their competence in the field of Plant and Facility Engineering. (B) Encouraging and assisting in conducting regular meetings, conferences, and educational programs. (C) Providing a medium for the interchange of ideas among members and dissemination of information to members.
