Larose Karate is a family oriented martial arts school located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. We offer our students a traditional and effective style of karate from Okinawa, the birthplace of Karate. At Larose Karate, our students learn valuable self-defense, Kobudo (weapons), and Kumite (fighting) techniques. Through their Karate practice, students develop discipline, confidence, motivation and respect for themselves and others.
