Health Valuation Partners (HVP) was launched in 2012 as the healthcare/senior housing division of Farrell Realty Advisors in order to better serve clients on a national level. The majority of HVP's work consists of real estate related appraisal, market analysis, feasibility studies and consulting assignments of a variety of healthcare related properties nationwide including skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living facilities, senior apartments, memory care facilities, medical office buildings, surgery centers and acute care hospitals.  We have conducted hundreds of appraisals and market studies for clients including FNMA lenders, HUD lenders, developers, owner-operators and REITS.     The principal of the company (Greg A. Farrell, MAI, SRA) has over a decade's worth of experience in the appraisal and valuation of healthcare/senior living properties and has completed appraisal related services to clients nationwide on properties located in 37 states throughout the country. Greg also performed the first ever assisted-living appraisal approved under the HUD LEAN program.
