The SEED Center of Atlanta, Inc.
www.seedcenteratl.orgThe SEED Center of Atlanta, Inc. is a multidisciplinary, comprehensive center for patients with eosinophilic diseases primarily eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). The Center provides the coordination of treatment, standardized diagnosis, HIPAA approved communication platform, research, and extended patient and family support services. We hope to educate not only the families affected by this disease, but also, educate the medical community on the signs of this disease and to create public awareness. Initially, the Center will focus on pediatric patients and their transitional care, and later, offering full adult care. Our short term goal for the Center includes a physical space where patients can go between physician visits to relax, get education material, and the children can play. Our vision includes opening satellite branches throughout the southeast paralleling the structure of the main center in Atlanta in order to help as many families as possible. Please visit our website at www.seedcenteratl.org for more information. If you know anyone who may need the help of The SEED Center, please have them email the Center at scohen@seedcenteratl.org. The SEED Center is a nonprofit organization organized exclusively for charitable purposes, educational purposes, and advances in science under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
